matflow.gr sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. The typefaces are served from this site, so your browser makes no request to a font provider.

The demo workspace stores its events in your own browser. That data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

When staff sign in with an email link, we keep their email address for sign-in. The events they create hold whatever they enter: athlete names, gyms, weights, ages, teams, chat messages and uploaded files. This data is stored on the servers that host MatFlow and is visible to the people who have access to that event.

Organisers decide what to enter and are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. If you enter data about minors, you are responsible for obtaining the consent of their guardians.

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it or delete it, including a whole event and its files. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
