MatFlow is a tool for scheduling and running bouts at sports events: rosters, pairings, queues, timers, chat and file sharing. You use it through app.matflow.gr.

Organisers are responsible for the data they enter, for the accuracy of pairings they accept, and for the safety and conduct of their event. MatFlow's suggestions are aids. They do not replace the judgement of referees, coaches and medical staff.

Do not use MatFlow to break the law, to enter data you have no right to enter, or to interfere with the service or other people's events.

We work to keep MatFlow available during events, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Keep a printed copy of the queue for events that cannot stop.

We may update these terms and the service. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction.
